This report is a result of an off-site pre survey review conducted on March 1, 2010 and March 10, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The facility applied to add the partial hospitalization activity to an existing outpatient activity. Based on the findings of the pre survey review process, Net Treatment Services, Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
