This report is a result of a renewal on-site licensure inspection conducted on October 22, 2024 through October 23, 2024 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, ZRWD6701 MVP Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717 which pertains to Recovery House licensing. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
