This report is a result of an off-site initial licensure pre survey review conducted by staff from the Division of Program Licensure for the purpose of adding an Outpatient activity to the existing residential rehabilitation activity. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Peniel Ministries was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the outpatient treatment activity. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. Since this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
