The FTE Facility Director's caseload calculation is as follows: 15/40 = .375(FTE); 15/.375 = 40 which equals to a client/counselor ratio of 40:1.

Employee #4 was hired as a counselor on June 5, 2020 and was still acting in that position. Employee #4 was reported to have 40 hours per week devoted to their 5 clients on their caseload.

The FTE counselor ' s caseload calculation is as follows: 5/40 = .125(FTE); 5/.125 = 40, which equals to a client/counselor ratio of 40:1.

Employee #5 was hired as a counselor on January 5, 2020 and was still acting in that position. Employee #5 was reported to have 40 hours per week devoted to their 18 clients on their caseload.

The FTE counselor ' s caseload calculation is as follows: 18/40 = .45(FTE); 18/.45 = 40, which equals to a client/counselor ratio of 40:1.

The overall client to counselor for the entire project was 37:1, which was also over the limit of 35:1.

These findings were reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.
