This report identifies the findings of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on April 2, 2008 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, it has been determined that the allegations could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
