This report is a result of an on-site follow-up inspection regarding an incident report submitted by the facility and Single County Authority (SCA). The follow-up inspection was conducted on June 14, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite follow-up inspection, Another Way was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility's physical plant. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified regarding the physical plant during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
