This report is a result of an on-site follow-up inspection regarding the plans of correction for the July 22, 2008 complaint investigation. The follow-up inspection was conducted on November 13, 2008 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Parkside Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
