This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a relocation request. The inspection was conducted on September 15, 2025bby staff from Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery (POWER) was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
