This report is the result of an Unannounced Site Inspection for Gaudenzia Berwick conducted on 4/23/13 by staff from the Division of Dug and Alcohol Program Licensure. No deficiencies were noted at the time of the inspection.
This report is a result of an on-site inspection to this newly licensed facility following the admittance of its first client. The inspection was conducted on April 23, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of this on-site inspection, Gaudenzia Berwick was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
