This report is a result of an initial licensure inspection conducted on December 24, 2008, by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the inspection, Gaudenzia Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Note: Based upon a review of the two deficient standards for physical plant cited during a January 29, 2008 inspection, and and the lack of any physical plant citations issued during a October 03, 2008 inspection, an on-site inspection was not conducted.
Since this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
