This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on June 24 through June 27, 2024 , by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation Another Day Clean, was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
