This report is a result of an application approval on 6/21/22 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings, Merakey Parkside Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. As this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
