This report is a result of an off site complaint investigation conducted on 08/04/2023 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of a record review, resident interview and staff interview, TNH Sober Living, EIT36701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717 which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
