INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a telephone complaint investigation conducted on 08/12/19-08/24/19 by staff from the Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention & Treatment. Based on the findings of the telephone complaint investigation, Alliance Medical Services was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
