An on-site inspection of a new physical plant location was conducted on August 19, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Aldie Counseling Center was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. On August 21, 2009 the facility submitted evidence showing that corrections had been made and the facility submitted a copy of the certificate of occupancy for the physical plant.
As a result of the inspection and the subsequent submission of evidence of the correction of the deficiencies and completion of renovations, no other deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
