This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on January 15, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation at Gaudenzia, Inc. Harrisburg Concept 90 there were no areas of non compliance identified with regard to the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
