Plan of Correction The Project Director submitted an exception to DDAP to ask for a Financial Review in lieu of audit due to budget restrictions. The PD has not received notification if it was approved. If the exception is denied the Project Director will have to seek bids for a financial audit. The audit will take 2 months to complete after bid is accepted. The Project Director will ensure this doesn't happen yearly by signing letter of engagement with the auditor performing the audit for this year to perform the audit for the succeeding years to ensure compliance with the regulation. The audit completion date will be no later than June 30th, due to tax season currently. |
