INITIAL COMMENTS
This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on July 27, 2022 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, RHD Family House, was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection:	Plan of Correction
705.6 (3) LICENSURE Bathrooms. 705.6. Bathrooms. The residential facility shall: (3) Have hot and cold water under pressure. Hot water temperature may not exceed 120F.
Observations Based on a physical plant inspection, conducted on July 27, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, the facility failed to have pressurized hot water in the third-floor bathroom. This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.	Plan of Correction Program Director is responsible for ensuring all corrections are made in a timely manner and implemented. Hot water valve was replaced. Defective faucet was replaced. New shut off valves were installed under vanity. Hot water was restored to third floor bathrooms on July 28, 2022. Maintenance supervisor will check quarterly to ensure that this problem doesn't happen again.
