This report is a result of an onsite complaint investigation conducted on June 26, 2026 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Westminster Homes of Lehigh Valley was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
