This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on December 8, 2014 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Bgi Of Brandywine, Inc. were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
