This report is a result of a presurvey review process to add the partial hospitalization and outpatient treatment activities to the existing inpatient nonhospital rehabilitation treatment facility. The presurvey review was completed on May 7, 2013 by staff from the Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the presurvey review process Pocono Mountain Recovery Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the addition of the partial hospitalization and outpatient treatment activities.
Since this was the presurvey process, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
