This report is a result of an initial on-site inspection for the approval to use a narcotic agent, specifically methadone, in the treatment of narcotic addiction. This inspection was conducted on January 4, 2012 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Habit Opco, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 4 PA Code and 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection.
Since this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
Approval to provide narcotic addiction treatment is contingent upon final approval from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
