INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on 3/26/2025, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, R42J6701 Pure Life Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code Chapter 717 which pertain to the recovery house, therefore no POC is required.
