INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of an on-site recovery house complaint investigation conducted on July 30, 2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Another Day Clean CQ0H6701 was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717, which pertains to the recovery house.

Plan of Correction

§ 717.29(b)(1)  LICENSURE Physical plant standards - Bldg-Exterior-Grnd

§ 717.29. Physical plant standards. (b) Building interior, exterior and grounds. The licensee shall: (1) Keep the interior, exterior, and grounds or yard of the drug and alcohol recovery house clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair and free of hazards at all times.
Observations
Based on a physical plant inspection it was found the recovery house failed to keep the interior of the recovery house in good repair at all times as there was visable water damage present on the ceiling and walls of the laundry room.

Plan of Correction
There was water leaking through from the property above the unit which is not ours. however, It is being renovated now by a company called Keltic Greene and once that is complete (estimate timeline of 45-60 days), then we will be able to repair and repaint the ceiling. We cant do the work in our unit until the unit above is finished.
