INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on May 09, 2025 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the off-site complaint investigation, I8IY6701 Blueprints for Addiction Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
