The CYWA Drug and Alcohol Department will hold an in-house training yearly for all staff members. All staff members will identify persons needing treatment and refer them to the local outpatient offices for assessments and treatment referrals. Along with the referral, staff will be given information regarding AA/NA meetings and trained to encourage people to use services including distribution of brochures and appropriate materials. Person responsible to oversee this yearly training and outreach is the Director.
