This report is a result of an on-site initial licensing inspection conducted on July 11, 2023 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Twin Lakes Center, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
As this was the initial inspection conducted on a new structure erected on the campus, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
