This report is a result of an onsite follow-up inspection regarding the plan of correction for the December 18, 2009 licensure renewal inspection. The follow-up inspection was conducted on April 14, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite follow-up inspection, Renewal Treatment, Inc was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
The first clients were admitted to this facility in February, 2010. Due to the limited timeframe and this being the initial review of the client records, not all components of the client records were applicable.
