Plan of Correction The Site Director of Center City will meet with the counselor in question and inform them that "On-Line" trainings can not be included in the 25 hours required by the Department of Health - at this point in time. The Site Director will review 2008 Annual training plan with the counselor & keep monthly progress reports in the Staff Development Log to ensure this standard is met in 2008. If the counselor does not meet this standard in 2008, then appropriate disciplinary action outlined in Rehab After Work Policy Manuals will be enforced. |
