This report is a result of an onsite complaint investigation conducted on August 9, 2017, by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite complaint investigation, WPIC Narcotic Addiction Treatment Program was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 4 PA Code and 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
