This report is a result of an on and off-site complaint investigation conducted on December 11, 2025 through December 19, 2025 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on and off-site complaint investigation, TNH Sober Living was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
