Since the date of the survey, several process improvements have been implemented and continue to be implemented in the EMR, including improvements to forms, orders, and modules. Staff knowledge, streamlined processes, and efficiency of use of the new EMR have significantly increased since the survey.

The hospital continues to monitor feedback from staff, DDAP, and others to identify opportunities to improve the new EMR and streamline efficiency in retrieval of data. The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the aggregation of system improvement opportunities and delegating the completion of necessary tasks to enhance efficiency.
