This report is a result of an on-site facility expansion inspection conducted on August 25, 2023 and off-site inspection on September 8, 2023, by staff from the Bureau of Program Operations. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Drug and Alcohol Services of Beaver Valley, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
As this was a facility expansion inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
