This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection, and inspection conducted for the approval to use a narcotic agent, specifically methadone and buprenorphine in the treatment of narcotic addition. This inspection was conducted on June 29 - 30, 2015 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Aldie Foundation Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters 28 PA Code, which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
