Plan of Correction
Met with therapists to discuss the purpose and reasoning behind the treatment plan updates and emphasized the need for it to be reviewed and updated every 30 days from the last treatment plan (not admit). The senior behavior tech will conduct quality assurance inspections monthly to monitor monthly compliance with this time frame and report back to Facility Director. We are currently in compliance with this regulation as of 8/26/2025.
