This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on February 20, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against George Junior Republic were not related to the drug and alcohol treatment activity and were not substantiated.
