Plan of Correction
The Unusual Incident Report was e-mailed the morning of November 30, 2021.

On November 29th all twelve clients in the men's program were relocated to an alternate area within the facility that provided more than adequate heat for the evening.

On November 30th, immediately following Inspector Pilkington's visit, we procured two premium grade heaters that were installed in the areas of concern within the men's dormitory. By 5:00 p.m. both heaters were permanently affixed to walls and flooring; one in the Men's Lounge and the other in the hallway. Both heaters are located away from furniture, draperies and traffic areas.

The temperature in the men's dormitory is being maintained between 69 and 70 degrees. The clients returned to the dormitory on the evening of November 30th.
