INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on 12/20/2016 by staff from the Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Summit Medical Services was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
