INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on April 28, 2016 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Pocono Mountain Recovery Center, LLC were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
