INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on March 12, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against White Deer Run, Allenwood were partially substantiated, but there was no direct violation of the regulations.
