Plan of Correction
The current Division Director and Facilities Director were not in these positions during the time tis deficiency was cited the the department and unaware of the citation. Since being made aware of the deficiency, the plan to correct the hot water pressure, as stated above in P197 is as follows;

The Facilities Director is responsible to correct and maintain the appropriate water pressure throughput the facility. The Facilities Director and his team will shut off the incoming water supply for the entire building, after services on a Saturday, and drain the building. The team will then cut away any bad shut off valves and faucets and replace them with new ones. This will allow the shut off valves to be opened all the way to increase the pressure. The water pressure in all areas of the facility will be checked by the Facilities Director bi-monthly and any issues with appropriate functioning will be addressed accordingly. The Division Director is responsible to monitor compliance with this process.
