Observations
Based on a physical plant inspection conducted on January 14, 2022, the facility failed to maintain each bathroom in a functional, clean and sanitary manner at all times. The bathroom, located in Motel room #27, had what appeared to be mildew or mold at the corner of the shower. Additionally, there was observable dirt at the corners of the shower floor.
This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.

Plan of Correction
Upon inspection today, 2/24/22, there is no evidence of mold, mildew or dirt in shower #27. The Plant Operations Manager or designee will conduct weekly rounds in all client bathrooms to ensure ongoing compliance with this regulation. |
