This report is a result of an onsite complaint investigation conducted on March 24, 2026 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation Recover & Renew was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
