This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection regarding the use of additional facility space. The inspection was conducted on November 16, 2020 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment. Based on the findings of the physical plant inspection, the facility was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility, specifically 28 Pa. Code Subsection 705.1. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this was a physical plant inspection regarding an additional facility space, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
