Plan of Correction All general or specific roles or chore functions assigned to a client at Gaudenzia Fountain Springs will be documented on the Job Function Diary form. The therapeutic purpose or rationale for the assignment will be documented in the "remarks" section on the form. The Job Function Diary form will be maintained in each client case file. The Program Director will review the policy pertaining to "Therapeutic Chores" and necessary documentations with clinical staff in an in-service meeting on July 12, 2012 and will obtain written verification that the policy was reviewed and understood. The Program Director and Clinical Supervisor will ensure compliance through monthly CQI case audits and ongoing supervision. |
