INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of telephone and onsite complaint investigations conducted on May 29, 2024 and July 2, 2024 by staff from the Bureau of Program Operations. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Angel's Light Halfway House was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
