This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for the purpose of the transferring beds from one activity to another activity request. The inspection was conducted on January 12, 2018 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment, Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Gaudenzia, Inc. People With Hope/short-Term Program was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the transfer request.
