INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of an incident follow-up investigatoin conducted on October 19, 2016 by staff from the Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. Based on the findings of the investigation, the incident was handled appropriately by Northeast Treatment Center. Therefore, the facility was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
