INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on August 8, 2017 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite complaint investigation, the allegations against MedMark Treatment Centers of Pennsylvania, Inc. d/b/a MedMark Treatment Centers Greensburg were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
