This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on January 19, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Not all detoxification beds were set up at the time of the facility tour on January 19, 2010 since workers were still painting and getting the rooms ready for use. Both a single occupancy and a double occupancy rooms was available for inspection. Pictures of all rooms are to be submitted prior to approval of the increase in beds. The floor plan includes four single bed bedrooms and seven double bed bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
